Table Tennis

Table tennis - can I remove rubbers from a blade and put them on a new blade? I played a little table tennis years ago, and bought a bat with expensive rubbers. I've recently started playing again just recreationally, and I found out my old bat but I hate the way it feels - all the weight is at the top of the bat where the rubbers are.

The paddle that use may be a pre-assembled paddle. It is hard to remove those rubbers and put some new one on the wood. You have to go for custom paddles.
Blade: Custom
Forehand: XIOM Vega Pro 2.0 mm
Backhand: TTMaster Selection OX
