Break all the rules!

Postby admin » Fri May 01, 2009 2:31 pm

The ultimate rule on tabletennisJunkie should be 'there are no rules on tabletennisJunkie.com'. Being an administrator, it is impossible to see that happening. We don't call it rules and policies, but better ways to communicate with others. Here is a list:

1. Don't respond to posts that violate ours or your rules. Report the post to the moderators. For example, if you see a link from a reseller in the thread, don't respond to that post but report it to the moderator. Don't enforce rules on other members.

2. Don't bark at a seller who is affiliated with a brand which you don't like. Don't get tempted. Simply ignore his post.

3. Don't gang up with other members to bully other members. The moderators and I can also get injured in the fight. :D

4. Don't bring in all the dirty laundry items from your club to discuss in the forum.

5. Any posts related to legal nature should be avoided.

6. If you are below 13, you are permitted to post in the forum under the guidance of your parents only.

7. Don't bully or intimidate other Junkies.

We hate to be undemocratic. We hate to show favoritism to our likable members. Rather, we want to be fair, balanced, democratic and friendly to every table tennis junkie on this forum.

If we have an advertisement policy, it is unfair to apply the policy on few members (whom we don't like) and don't apply those policies on others (whom we like). We hate to kick people out because they have made a mistake according to other members complaints. We will never do that without informing the member and consulting with them. We hate to kick one reseller out because the forum owner is a friend of a different reseller.

Let this forum be more open, democratic, showing less favoritism and less threatening! Don't forget. Show your civility to other table tennis Junkies.
