Foot reflexology is similar to body massage but on the bottom of your feet.
Now, the Chinese believe different zones/areas of your feet is linked to your internal organ like spleen liver, lungs etc. By massaging these zones at the bottom of your feet, it will stimulate your internal organ better.

For me, after a tiring hike/trek, and my feet feels like it weight a few tonnes, I will normally go for foot reflexology. Apart from the well being described above it also sooth my leg muscle and after the session, I felt like I can go on for my weekly tt session.

Wow! That's very very expensive compared to down here in California. We a decent lawn service for only 40$ a month. (Cut twice). The area is about one hour of worth of cutting time (50 minutes). It's probably because of the difference in weather perhaps that makes the pricing different?

Any such kind of service in the US can wipe out your bank savings. Since I have this lung problem for a while, I don't get out to cut my lawn. So, I'm paying like $40 per hour to cut the lawn - mine takes 2 hours to cut. 3 cuts in a month cost me $250.

Another thing is that it is hard to find such a service in the US also. In my case, I have my neighbor agreed to cut the lawn. If I go to a lawn service place, that would cost $80 per hour.
