Well, hurricane, if you want "sticky" rubber, then you should apply WD40 lubricant on it. But is it "legal" in ITTF or TTAM sanctioned tournament? For recreational play, I guess it is OK. Sometimes I also try to "tuned" up some of my older rubbers.
1) Primary set-up : YinHe(Galaxy) 986 Sriver FX / Pluto
2) Spare set-up 1 : Japan LAK - CJ8000 / 799 OX
3) Spare set-up 2 : Palio T7 - White Shark / 729 FX

The only legal rubber to ITTF is the one you just bought and cut. :cry:

For those who like to DIY and be more adventurous, you may try to tuned up your rubbers, use speed-glue etc. But please do not do this for ITTF or local tt associations sanctioned competition.
