I am not sure about the Yasaka Li&Li, maybe no longer in production anymore.
As for the DHS 652, I know this short pips rubber is used to hit flat, reverse spin and more versatile ("modern" rubber). Compared to Friendships 802 or 802-1 and even the softer 799. these rubbers are very fast, really among the fastest short pips that are around. Counter-punching and driving produces fairly stable topspins, whilst punching kill off a backspin ball produces a no-spin ball.
Most consistent short pips that is easy to play with.
