A New Hobby

Postby 729 fx » Mon Sep 14, 2009 3:21 am

Found myself a new hobby last weekend when I brought my family to the public park - Kite-flying.
I was enjoying the time with my son flying the basic kite and it keeps me wondering if I were to have something bigger or in different shape, whether I could fly it ?

Will hunt for more information on kite-making and technics on kite-flying.

Cheers.

I used to do this when I was in India and was a kid. We had open paddy fields, and that was a place we used to gather and fly kites. The fun of this flying kites has slowly disappeared after the paddy fields started disappearing.

Here is a video of a boy flying kite in India. There is something the author trying to convene to the audience.
