Great vids. Do you know who the opponents are? Is this the 2009 US Open? Thanks.

Yes, this is US Open 2009.

I don't know the names of these players. Here are some tips:

1. The gentleman in the first video is from Italy. I found it interesting that he struggled against Richard. His friend is a long pips player, so I thought he would go better against Richard. I have seen him practicing with his Italian friend who uses Tibhar Grass on his Dr.Neubauer blade. He pretty much blocks the offensive shots, while Richard vary the spin a lot.

2. In the last video, the first gentleman is from Baltimore, Maryland. Again, I dont know his name. His coach is setting on the other side. He is a well known coach.

3. The second gentleman in the last video has a wipe grip. Richard mentioned he had trouble against his anti-spin rubber. That might have lead to a lot of errors from both the sides. Richard won that match.
