You can select your own date time for your forum. When you move from one place to another, you can change the date and time in the tabletennisJunkie forum itself.
The date and time is set based on the UTC. For example, California is in the UTC - 8 time zone. Australia is in the UTC + 8 time zone.

You can select your timezone on the User Control Panel. Here is a picture:
