From the video, you seems to be on the defensive all the time, varghese.
Try to play with some offensive strokes in addition to your chops (like a modern defender), and I believe the results will be better.

Joe is a top player here. I had played similar rated player like Austin Preiss. Joe was tough.

I have done some offense on the forehand. As you said it was not enough. I'm resorted to backhand on the forehand sometimes. I'm working on my forehand serve receiving techniques.
