Who is the double for Susan Sarandon?

Postby ejunkie » Tue Dec 08, 2009 2:42 am

"Ping Pong Champ falls head over heels for Jay" was the caption.
Susan Sarandon visits Jay Leno on his show and there is a bit when she uses a double to play tt against Leno. The pretty double is supposed to be a top rated player but lost a few points not knowing how to play against pips/junk rubber. She learns and uses more spin on the serves. Then she fell after a smash. :o  A little embarrassing but she is hot her clumsiness makes her cute; so who cares. You gotta watch this. Catuion, a little commercial in the beginning. http://thejaylenoshow.com/video/clips/j ... =thefilter

The video is not available from my location so I went to have a look on YouTube & got the info on Susan's 'double'. Her name is Soo-Yeon Lee.

This is a video of Soo from the 2007 US Open. She attracts the crowd. She is around 2400 now. In 2007 she was around 1900.

I haven't seen her playing a complete game. Varghese, have you seen any? How her game? Like some of her countryman, or more modern like Fan Ying of China.

Does she play with long pips? This may not be entirely correct but if you play with long pips you should more or less know about pips-out rubbers & roughly know how to play against them (nothing to do with winning though).
