not to my knowledge- unless you have carpal tunnel syndrome which is totally different

Carpal tunnel syndrome is a common cause of wrist pain. You may feel aching, burning, numbness, or tingling in your palm, wrist, thumb, or fingers. The thumb muscle can become weak, making it difficult to grasp things. Pain may extend up to your elbow. Carpal tunnel syndrome occurs when an important nerve (called the median nerve) gets compressed at the wrist because of swelling. Such swelling can occur if you: Do a repetitive motion with your wrist like typing on a computer keyboard

to me serving is not as repetitive as typing!

Yes, that is so cool.

Anyway, I believe we will injure our body and arm more as we practice a lot on the forehand (FH) & backhand(BH) strokes more often as compared with the serves. And if we do the proper warm-up before our practice and game, we reduce the risk of getting injured.

Anyway, played with hurricane last Saturday. What a mean serves he has! Especially with his BH anti.

Thank you for the invitation, hurricane.
You are welcome to come & play at my club.

Back to topic: For powerful wrist action, one can do the wrist curl with a dumb-bell.
First put your hand along your upper thigh while holding a dumb-bell with your wrist protuding out above your knee. Then slowly curl it downwards and moved it upwards. Do 3 sets of 10 repititions.
I believe this is one way to strengthen your wirst.
